With more than 20 years of social work experience, I’ve dedicated my career to working with individuals impacted by trauma. The early part of my career was spent working as a victim advocate for our local domestic violence shelter, then later with children and families in the child welfare system. I’ve spent the last 13 years working in community mental health and as an outpatient therapist.
When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my family, my friends, and my dog, Josie. If the weather’s nice, you won’t often catch us inside. If the weather’s warm, we’re probably at the beach. I love to exercise and get especially nerdy learning about health and wellness. Life’s about balance though, so you might find me baking sweet treats too!
